Introduction to butchering and food preparation

In the first half of the class, students will be showed how to butcher local wild game as well as poultry. While given the opportunity to put what they’ve learned to the test.

In the second half of the class, we will be having local culinary experts show how to transform the local games into a delicious meal for all to enjoy.
